Has anybody ever visited the white house in washington, d.c.? (Well, YEAH... LOTS of people. heh.) It gives too much to the "people" who want us to be afraid. }:> Report It Yeah, it's nothing too special. Yes... I was about 10. I was yelled at for touching the wallpaper (which is cloth! fascinating for a child) Yes, it was before 9/11 but in my adult life. It's interesting, but no more than any historic house. You don't actually get to see the president, of course, the oval office, or the personal portions of the place. No, they probably wouldn't want me there. If welcome, I'd like to sleep in the Lincoln Bedroom. i have been several times as a child and twice as an adult in other words ive been too many times to have never worked there!...lol yes not much to write about |
