When is the presidential election going to be held in Roanoke, Virginia?

When is the presidential election going to be held in Roanoke, Virginia?

All states hold their elections for US President on the same day: the first Tuesday in November every fourth year. The first Tuesday this year will be 4 November. The only thing that varies between states are the hours: in Virginia I believe the polls will be open between 6am and 7pm, meaning as long as you arrive at your polling place before 7pm you'll be allowed to cast your vote.

The only exception is for those who vote ahead of time using absentee ballots.

If you're talking about when Virginia votes in the primaries, which help determine which candidate the two major parties--Democrats and Republicans--will select as their candidate in the November election, that will be next Tuesday, 12 February.

November of this year...check your calendar....it will be on a Tuesday, and everyone who is a legal US citizen of voting age should register, or not be able to drive...period, and then, to keep the right to drive, every registered vote should VOTE. That might really make a difference in the outcome of this and every election.....too much apathy in our country...a minority of elegible voters actually make big decisions for the whole country...... so, you vote if you are elegible, please.

the same day it is eveywhere in the US, unless you are talking primaries, in which case, those are next Tuesday in VA
