Average swimming and gym insitute in Dubai?

Guys,

Do you know where can i find a average budget insitute to learn swimming? And also a place to do gym.

Get me a place which is close to International City of Dubai. I thought to rent a place there. Do you know how far is Dubai Internet city from there?

And, how safe is for people walking in the streets at night or after midnight?

Fitness first are all over Dubai - I'd suggest them as they have pools and gym. All classes are free after joining. Membership is approx. AED 400 per month, but you won't get any of the beach clubs for that!!

Dubai is a relatively safe place to walk, but like everywhere, depends on the area.
