What is the rental charges for one bed room hall flat in Abu Dhabi? |
I am moving to Abu Bhabi by next month. I had few questions and sollicit advice from you. My questions are as under: 1) A one bedroom apartment will cost around Dhs 40,000 to 50,000 p.a. (unfurnished). Furnished ones are normally on monthly rent and the monthly rents will start at Dhs 5.000. Most furnished apartments you'll find with Hotel Apartments and are available for DHS 400 to 600 per day and will cost DHS 8,000 to 10,000 per month(on a long lease basis). |
