What is / are the best rate calling cards available in Dubai to make calls to India ?

there are 2 operators in the UAE .. Etisalat & Du

check the different offers from here:
www.etisalat.ae
www.du.ae

i would personally suggest etisalat, its been the main operator until last year, du lines have a lot of troubles and not clear @ all !!

beliee me, i still use du card but hate when i do !! i use it like once every million times i use etisalat ..

but if you want the cheapest, check the offers from their websites ..

Make active your yahoo call and call from your yahoo messenger..it is more cheaper

Or, prepaid long distance calling cards.....very cheap !!!
