Is it true that some single Arab girls are forced to wear chastity belts?

To ensure thier virginity for marriage.

Please answer seriously if live or happen to live somwhere in Middle East/Gulf area or you are familiar with subject well.

Pleas no this American stereotypes like "it's illegal", "they should go to lawer" etc.

I'm talking about modern era only.
The rumors I have heard that chastity belts are put on wifes. But there is nothing about Middle East, because Western people also do it.
But I heard that chastity belts are used for virginity protection in Middle East, due the high value of it there. Specificly I heard examples from UAE and Saudi.
Probably I used wrong word "forced". Chastity belt is presented to a girl that way that she consider it as priveldge rather than punishment. And main purpose of it to keep a gril away from troubles. If guy had pre-marital sex, most likely nobody will know it unless he tell it himself. But in case of girl she is going to be in troubles and you know why.

Muslima do not only live in Arab countries or the UAE. The biggest Islamic society you'll find in Malaysia. Some Malaysian women wore chastity belts until 1960. Recently a Malasian scholar came up with a fatwa that women should wear the castity belt again as protection of getting raped.

In the Arab world no women wears this belt undless for kinky sex with her husband. But - guess even this is more usual in Western countries than here.

Muslim women know that they are suppose to be a virgin when getting married. Prematerial sex is illegal according to the Sharia Law - but nobody is forced to wear a chastity belt.

edit: I do no know where you got your information from. But I do not know one single girl who would feel prevelidge if such a belt is offered to her. Like I said before in MALAYSIA it latley came up to wear them again as protection of rape. But otherwise.........???????NO. What I also heard is that these things are available in sex shops in the West. But this definetivly has nothing to do with protecting virginity:))
These kind of belts are even not available to buy and also not to order online (checked this out just for fun). These sites are blocked!
Can you provide any sources for your information? What ever your sources are, they are a good way to give a wrong impression of a society. Even in a strict country like KSA these belts are not comon.

May be some donky years back, not in this modern era. Whatever info u got is misinformation. There could be some rare incidents where some individuals might have forced their wives or concubines to wear belts, but not now.
