Who is buying property in dubai? |
Dubai is building so many flats and residences...who is buying them? 80% of people in dubai are expats and 75% of expats are asians who live on rents/sharing room. Investors !! not me :( who wants to live there Real estate here is hot and people buy mainly because of rising rental values and at the same time , property appreciates here very fast ,and when you buy you either end up reselling it for profit and become investor or else stay there as an end user but then ultimately sell off for a huge profit when they leave dubai ,sounds very funny , but real estate here is very stable , well planned and with huge potential . Want to make money ,then invest !!!!! |
