Labour Ban in Abu Dhabi?

I am working in Abu Dhabi (on Dubai Visa). I have sponsored my wife who was working with a small company in UAE. She dont have labour card and she has not signed labour contract but the employer has taken labour approval. Now she stopped going to the place since the work environment is not suitable for females. Whether she will have labour ban ? Can she enter another job ?

If ur wife did not sign any contract she could not get banned mainly because there's nothing to prove that she spent in the company any time more than 3 months...
and in the first 3 months it's usually a probation period which means she or the company can stop withdraw at anytime.. as for the can she enter another job, i guess she needs to assess where she stands from the labour card, she has to check if one is already issued for her!! to take measures for the situation, wish u luck
