Aside from passport and visa ,What are the important papers I need to prepare for my job application in Dubai?

you need attested (by CHED, MALACANANG, DFA AND UAE EMBASSY IN THE PHILS.)copies of your diploma and transcript of record, passport size pictures, your resume, a lot of patience and determination. goodluck kabayan!

You definitely need a resume for your job interview. You have to ask your lawyer because it's complicated if you're applying from out of country. Sometimes you need proof that you can work there. Like for example, here in America, you need asocial security number. You might need to be a legal resident in there or probably get petitioned. Anyway, ask a lawyer..

a photocopy of both passport and visa detailed list of immediate family with address and phone numbers in case of emergency, put at least 100 dollars in secret place for the unexpected notify your country embassy upon arrival

If I were you, I would look into employment laws (in Dubai) carefully before I decide to go work there.

The rules are VERY different from what a lot of us are used to.

A close friend of mine worked there a while back and she was told that she had the option to quit within three months.
Her employer insisted in keeping her passport meanwhile (normal practice there from what I understand), then when she decided to quit (within the three months), her employer demanded that she repayed the salary she had already received.

Be cautious, be prepared..

Your papers of ownership. Dubai has a reputation of employers taking employee passports "for the duration of the job contract" and ending up virtually enslaving their workers as indentured servants. As only citizens have any real legal rights (don't actively display or pursue a religion other than Islam) there are few things you can do about it once you are there. Good luck, and be sure to check up on your legal status if you do this.

Your original attested educational certificate and 2 pictures. That is required for work permit application along with the documents you have mentioned.
