I am going on official work but not planning to come back to UAE, can I send my resignation from India ?

if you are planning to resign then better to do it while you are here and cancel your visa and you will have one month period to leave after cancelation,just because if you plan next time to come to UAE to work with different employer not to face any problems later.
It's normal to resign now and leave they can't force you to stay!
i suggest you to resign and cancel your visa now and then leave its better for you.
