Get legalized and translated copies of your marriage certificate and the birth certificates of the children and send them in to the UAE Embassy of your home country. After you received your residence visa you'll be able to sponsor your family. If your family comes over on visit visas you can apply for their entry permits. (Typing costs Dhs 20 each, application Dhs 300 each) Then you have to take them to have their blood test and x-rays done (between Dhs 200 and 450 each depending where you go) With the health certificate you can apply for the residence visa (typing costs Dhs 20 each and Dhs 500 each for the visa).

You have to apply to the Immigration Department for sponsoring your family.
