Is smoking shisha even more harmful than smoking cigarettes?

One of my friends said that one shisha was like smoking 10 cigarettes. Is this true? Or is shisha less harmful?

Just curious, =] I know smoking anything has bad health effects.

i hate both .. and either way its harmful for who smoks and the ppl around them .. just yesterday there was a lady smoking while my 40 days little niece was there .. i couldn't barry it, what about the little baby !!
