I am a citizen of Bangladesh and a US permanent resident. I would like to visit Dubai. Do I need a visa?

It does not matter where you reside, only what kind of passport you hold. Holding a Bangladeshi passport means you have to apply for a visa in advance to visit the UAE.
This can be done through your travel agency/hotel or through a friend/family member being a resident of the UAE fulfilling the requrement of sponsoring a visitor.

Yes, but you can get it upon arrival there. you can use the website below to confirm this. Enter your nationality, then enter that you are an alien resident of the U.S.A., then enter United Arab Emirates as your destination and click for the info. It will give you the visa info.

if u hav an american passport then there is no need of a visa.
otherwise u wud hav to take a visit visa for 60 days
from any travel agency they will provide all the details to u

yessss, u do need a visa!!!

visa comes in various forms, your type of visit will determine the nature of visa required. if u intend to stay for a fortnite, a transit visa will do. there is also a visit visa, which allows u to stay in dubai for 3 months. then, there is residence visa, which entitles you to stay in dubai for 3 yrs; can be renewed at the end of the period.
