Where do cruise ships go at Turks & Caicos Islands?

They either pull into a port,or dock,drop anchor off shore and ferry trouist into the island/in this case grand Turk,
Set on the south side of Grand Turk, the Grand Turk Cruise Center can handle two megas ships at a time; a third must then drift (ships may not anchor) and tender passengers ashore, usually no more than a 10-minute ride.
Grand Turk Island is part of the Turks & Caicos Islands, a British Crown Colony comprised of 40 islands and cays.

They go to Grand Turk island. The water, snorkeling and diving are excellent.
It's still a pretty sleepy island. Best to plan a water excursion. You will be happy you did.

Carnival spent nearly $50M developing a port facility on Grand Turk that opened in 2006.

They dock in the capital island, Grand Turk.

I wish they would stay away. Cruise ships ruin an island. Provo has started dredging on one end to ostensibly make room for Bill Gates 485 foot boat. But they are dredging 25' and his ship only needs 15' so I think they are prepping for a cruise ship to stop on Provo. Horrible idea.
