Where do cruise ships go at Turks & Caicos Islands? |
Where do cruise ships go at Turks & Caicos Islands? They either pull into a port,or dock, drop anchor off shore and ferry trouist into the island/in this case grand Turk, They go to Grand Turk island. The water, snorkeling and diving are excellent. Carnival spent nearly $50M developing a port facility on Grand Turk that opened in 2006. They dock in the capital island, Grand Turk. I wish they would stay away. Cruise ships ruin an island. Provo has started dredging on one end to ostensibly make room for Bill Gates 485 foot boat. But they are dredging 25' and his ship only needs 15' so I think they are prepping for a cruise ship to stop on Provo. Horrible idea. |
