If you are looking for a Tunisian passport, it costs 60 TND for adults and 20 TND for children. And yes you do need passport photos, but make sure they are the proper format. If you want to know the format, mail me.

It really depends on where you are, what a passport costs. And yes, most countries make you get a new photo done for a reissue of a passport.
