It must have improved then, we stayed there and people were begging yo be sold your ticket to go home early, my wife was forced to give up smoking because she was so ill after staying there, one good thing anyway. The food was terrible and the local people put me off visiting North Africa ever again, you could not go outside the hotel at night.
