Why the phone-in service is not covering more countries?could you please put Tunisia and Qatar in the list?

Dear Sir,
i'am a tunisian resident with my family in qatar for job purpose. making international call cost me high.right now i'm using the phone out service and i want subscribe on the phone-in service aswell if possible.
best regards: Zouhair

First question would be, which service provider are you talking about? From the sound of your post, it sounds like you are in Qatar and are not happy with their phone service. If that is the case, then you should be contacting them instead of putting a question on YA (no matter how much you complain here on YA, we are not the phone service and have no power to change the costs for you). Also, if you are unhappy with the service from Quatar, Tunisia has no control over it.

If you are currently in Tunisia, you need to contact Tunisie Telecom or Tunisiana (whoever your provider is) and ask them about what promotions they may have to help you out financially. Again, people here on YA have no control over the prices you will be charged from the phone company.

If your family in Tunisia has a home computer with internet, or if they can at least get to the publinet, there are many free programs that you can use to talk to each other online, and they offer video as well so you can see the person while you talk. Many people use Skype (I personally don't like it because it has a lot of security breaches). MSN Messenger is also a very good program (it's what I use) that has more security in place, and has excellent picture and sound quality.

Other than deciding to use an internet chat/phone service, you will need to contact your local hone service provider if you are wanting to call using a LAN line. Best of luck.

try skype its an internet phone, free, with video.
