How many cigarettes can I bring back from Tunisia?

As Tunisia is not in the E U will I be able to bring back more than 200?

Even though Tunisia is not an EU country, if you live in the EU, you still must abide by the rules of the EU. That means that you can only bring 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250g of tobacco into your country for your own use without paying tax or duty.

If you have any more than these allowances you must declare the goods. If you do not, you are breaking the law and may be prosecuted.

If I can be of any more help or assistance, please feel free to contact me.
