Is it worth going to tunisia end of january? found fab deal on a holiday to skanes?

Is it worth going to tunisia end of january? found fab deal on a holiday to skanes?

Tunisia is a very gorgeous country, no matter what time of the year you come. Skanes is a nice place because you can have the best of both worlds - busy and relaxed.

Skanes is the outermost part of the city of Monastir and boarders the city of Sousse. Monastir is a fairly quiet city that is great for relaxation and rest, while Sousse is a more bustling city that has more to offer to tourists who like to get out and really experience Tunisian life.

Plus hotels have tour operators that offer excursions to some of the popular tourist sights in Tunisia. Since you will come in January you will find that these places are not as full, giving you a better opportunity to look around and really enjoy your experience.

If you update your question to include the hotel you are thinking of staying in I can tell you some information on that as well.

If I can be of any more help or assistance, please feel free to contact me.

Cause, don't worry about weather the experience is what matters...Enjoy !

depends what ur looking for - if it a brillant tan then no, the weather will probably be nice but not hot.

enjoy your holiday

not swimming weather but everything is open!!!

I was there in january 2004. It is on the colder side, even in the very south of the country. If you're into cultural sites, food, and the like, sure, go. If you're a fan of beaches and resort life, it isn't worth it.

you will love it we stayed in Skanes 10 Min's from the airport and no yo do not hear the planes at all as you are at the other side right on the beach people are very nice and the food was a great choice to suit 5 bars and a disco in our hotel and also an al carte restaurant 24hr bar and the hotels next door had big shops that we could visit Monister and the other way Susse were 15 Min's in a taxi and well worth visiting the hospitality of the people were fantastic and you are treated like king and queen we went into the Dessert for a few days and that was fantastic also one of the guys in the hotel his brother and Friends took a crowd of us in there boat the whole day and gave us a barbecue and soft refreshments and only wanted pennies in return for there petrol they put on a show and yes the day will be in our hearts forever you go and enjoy take care

Depends what you want. You certainly won't be swimmng unless they have an inside pool. It will be quite cool at that time of year. If you are just going for the sights then you should be fine.

Going any where is worth it....Even Tunisia.
