Going to Tunisia?

Going to Tunisia in August. My daughter got burnt quite badly in Majorca last year. Any suggestions on what sun factor I should use on her but she still wants to get a nice tan.

The sun factor you use is up to you. The SPF you use does not have any bearing on whether she will get a tan or not. It just means that it offers a stronger protection from the UV rays of the sun. For example, if it took 陆 hour for her skin to become sunburned without any sunscreen, then for a sunscreen that has a 15 SPF rating, she could stay in the sun for 15 times longer (or 7.5 hours) before she would get sunburned.

I suggest that no matter what SPF she uses, she gets a sunscreen that is both water and sweat proof. Along with hot temperatures here we also have high humidity and if she plans on being outside, she will sweat.

She should also wear a hat to keep the sun off her face and neck. Tell her to try tanning in the early morning or late evening to avoid the harshest rays of the sun and thus reduce the greatest possibility of getting burned.

I hope that you have a wonderful trip here and if I can be of any more help or assistance, please feel free to contact me.

Use the 20.

if shes so fair i would take at least factor 30 and maybe a higher one for delicate areas like her face
is a tan really worth the danger that sunburn represents, premature aging and skin cancer
not nice
