Is it possible to rent a 2-bedroom basic flat, not a villa in Sidi Bou Said?

Is it possible to rent a very basic 2-bedroom flat, not a villa in Sidi Bou Said? How much will it cost? Is Sidi Bou Said blocked by mountain between Hammam Lif? Or is it possible to rent the flat in Hammam Lif and walk a short distance to Sidi Bou Said? Is it possible to live in Hammam Lif and overlook the same view as in Sidi Bou Said? Thanks to anyone who can provide me the detailed anwser.

Hammam-Lif and Sidi Bou Said are not close to each other. Sidi Bou Said is in the Northern part of Tunis, while Hamma-Lif is South East of Tunis.

Because the two cities are about a good 30 minutes away (longer during rush hours) from each other, there is no way you would be able to get the same views or walk between them. There is no mountain directly between Sidi Bou Said and Hammam-Lif.

Rent in Sidi Bou Said is hard to come by. When people buy houses or flats there they typically tend to live there. If you are able to find a place for rent, it would be very expensive because that area is a very desirable area to live in. The rent in that area is about 10-20% higher than other areas (you are looking at a starting rent of about 500-600TDN a month or higher).

If I can be of any more help or assistance, please feel free to contact me.
