What is there to buy in Tjuana?

Something that's affordable yet good quality?

Booze.

Bullets seem to be flying all over the place this time of year . . .

If you want something fake.. everything is affordable

Vanilla and pretty tissue flowers

Decorative folkart, junk jewelry, Tequila (expensive) faux handbags.

here in tijuana u can buy many mexican things, like
gifs of art, mexican art! it all depends on wat u like!
theres a little bit of many things to buy!
i should specify what u like?

there is everything there i love the things from tijuana

While living in San Diego, my husband and I used to go to TJ quite frequently. They have really cleaned it up, but do use sound judgement with where you go. There are clearly places that are okay for tourists and those that are not.

There are just TONS of things to buy there! I personally LOVE TJ! You should check out the Oaxacan Woodcarvings. They are brightly painted hand-carved animals, etc. that are just really cool. There are so many things there it's hard to know where to start. Booze is no more expensive than here. So, if you like Tequila, they have many kinds to choose from.

One thing to keep in mind is that Mexicans wheel and deal. If you don't dicker with them they will think you're an idiot (sorry, but they will take advantage of you!). The more you act or say "that's too much" the more they will come down on their price. Be aware, though, they DO have a bottom dollar. Be reasonable!

There are great places to eat. If you want a nice restaurant, go to one of the many taxi drivers and ask to be taken to one. Most of them speak English. If you do this, once you are finished dining, ask for a taxi back to where you began. The restaurant may have to call for one.

Just walking around is fun and entertaining. Have fun!!!

I was there yesterday and bought lots of snacks you can get them cheaper then what they sell them here in the US I also go to Tijuana alot for Medical reason they take care of you really good sometimes even better then here I pay insurance but dont really get good service
