Petstores in TJ..?

I am looking to buy a puppy in Tijuana. I would like to buy from a pet store. I dont want to buy a puppy off a street corner. I heard there are some in playas de tijuana. Directions from san diego or address?

I know of one in Plaza Mundo Divertido, i dont know bout Playas
