Listen to this peice from Highveld Stereo, making the song about Eskom!! It's quite funny! At the begining there are other jokes and stuff, some in Afrikaans but if you listen to the whole thing the song will come on in the middle!! It's worth listening to it, just to cheer you guys up in SA, I know whats it's like!! Vesa in Zimbabwe do the same all the time!! Tell me what you think and most of all enjoy!!

I like the joke about Florence and Oupa se broek! And Escom usually applies Murphy麓s Law to their load shedding. Just when you need them, they are gone.

Is this the Afrikaans you people have to listen to? The guy is ruining the jokes with his ineptness. This really peeved me off this morning. It sounds like the Afrikaans speakers have left the country.

I listened to an Eskom song sung by Leon Schuster the other day it was soooo good. Miss the Afrikaans music, never really appreciated it in SA but here in Uk i love listening to it, makes me so homesick i sob my heart out and my dogs look at me with a stop feeling sorry for yourself look and feeeeeed us.
