Portugal? I'm moving there.....maybe.?

Do you know anything about Portugal? Im planning to move to Portugal, but someone told me that Spain is much better, in many aspects. I really dont know what to expect. Any advise? What kind of people are the Portuguese? Weather? Traditions? Any clue??? Thanks.

I am half portuguese! move there, so beautiful.
People are VERY friendly, kind, and be prepared when they greet there is a lot different then america like you kiss each other on once on each cheek or you hug
The weather, they are going through a hard time due to global warming but who isn't!? lovely warm summers with beautiful beaches!!!! winters have snow once in a while, spring is green lovely and beautiful as well with fall!!
trust me portugal is a much more beautiful place to move.

some traditions:
you have light breakfast, go to the coffee shop have a small coffee talk to friends then go home or do what you need to, lunch big lunch start with soup than the rest of the meal, after you go to the coffee shop again, have an icecream or another coffee, then dinner HUGE meal soooo much food you'll feel like you'll explode, then you go to the coffee shop AGAIN....(they drink a lot of coffee!) then you walk around with friends maybe stop and pray at the Virgin Mary street alters and just hang out until it is very late!

You won't regret moving there if you do!! =D

Portugal is beautiful and i have never met such nice people there very friendly

but for more info try google just type in Portugal and you will learn

try vacationing there and then take drive to Spain and compare thats what i would do

I love Portugal....

Ok I'd say Spain is good, but you need to expect British people every two yards, and actually places where most of the houses belong to Britons.

Portugal is also touristic, but only in the summer, well except the Algarve perhaps. People are really nice and really helpful. They talk to you on, and on and on even if you don't have a clue what they're on about.
The traditional food is really nice, and the cost life is cheaper than in Spain.

It's up to you and what kind of expectations you have in moving abroad.

Everything is good in Portugal: food, people, weather.I don't think people in Spain are that friendly.

UMMM..... I HERED THAT IT HAS SOME PRETTY COOL SITES. GOOD LUCK
