Need a Polish poster translated to English.?

It's fairly torn/damaged, but it's at a bus stop near my school.
The Polish and black community don't get on very well around here.

its hard to read.
but at the bottom when it says
pamietaj!
that means remember
and than it talks about how
he is suffering/is sick with aids.

"and than it talks about how he is suffering/is sick with aids"<= not true, no word there bout tellin how this person from the poster is suffering Report It

i gave u all the words from the bottom line n its interesting how it doesnt fit the description above sayin that the poster later on talks bout how the guys is sufferin from aids, yes 9words out of 11or12 is a worse score than 1 word :P Report It

its somethign about AIDS and HIV but its hard ot read the top part and the first word in the bottom sentence

it says sth bout ppl bein infected w/hiv hm i guess the pic of the guy there shows a man who came to Poland n he has hiv and he slept w/ several women who he didnt tell bout his hiv n they got hiv too, it was a huge case in Poland a few months ago

the first word is 'kilkadziesi膮t'= tens/dozen
the second line 'zara偶onych wirusem hiv'= infected w/virus hiv
'pami臋taj'=remember
hm i guess its 'zdrowych'=healthy
'chorych na aids'= suffering from aids
