Any restaurants in New Jersey/Pennsylvania for valentines?

I need to find a nice restaurant to go out to on friday. We want to dress up and go somewhere special, but i just can't think of anywhere. Anywhere in mercer county area or close by would be great. im sure there are places in princeton. i just can't think of any. any opinions?
