What do you thing about Italy? |
I am italian but I live in America. What do you thing about this country? Mi amo Italia! Mi manca Sicilia, especialmente (sp?) Siracusa! Voglio andare denuovo. Grazie per questo domande! Ciao Italian bellisimo good food romantic and good looking man Well my great grand parents came from Messina. I have never been to Italy, but would love to go one day. I love having an Italian family, I like it on holidays too! Not only is there turkey and all the fixings, there is always enough pasta to feed an army...lol. I think it is a wonderful country with amazing and beautiful people. The culture is phenomenal. Life is truly amazing and the envy of the world. Who has not heard about "la dolce vita"? The "la Dolce Vita" used to exsist, but has not been that way for a long time. I do not call un and underemployment, high cost of living and low wages "la Dolce Vita". Italy has one of the lowest birthrates in the world, and has recently only slightly increased, due to IMMIGRANTS having children here. Without immigrants, who knows what may in store for the future of Italy as we know it. Immigrants accept jobs that some Italians would not even consider doing. Legal immigrants live, work and pay their taxes, contributing to the economy. Immigration yes can have a negative influence on a country (aka illegal immigration), but if a person is here legally, adapts to the culture, language etc, yet bringing their own qualities and skills to the country, everyone benefits. Italians just need to wake up to this fact. Just because someone is from a foreign country does not mean they should be shunned like an outcast. I have been here for over 4 years, learned the language, adpated to life here, have become an Italian citizen but yet I am still considered a foreigner. i am from america and i just moved to northern italy. so far i like it. the men are very attractive! i love the food. the gas prices are ridiculouse and everything is expensive! i am really enjoying the experience though GO HOME MAN. Why would you want to live here when you could be living in Italy. I lived in Italy for 5 years and absolutely loved it. Like anywhere else it has it's idiosyncrasies but when you consider the total package you will see it's wrapped in X-mas paper. I think that you made a mistake when you moved away from the most beautiful country Italy to US! I love Italy! I've lived in both Siena and Florence, two of the most beautiful places on earth. |
