I have relatives who live in Florida, can they get passes to Disney World Cheaper? As most others have said, Florida residents can get discounted passes, as can Southern California residents for Disneyland. But you may or may not get away with it if they buy you one and you use it. There are a million and one timeshare presentations you can do where sometimes they give you free passes to Disney World, Universal, Sea World, etc. Sometimes it's worth it, sometimes not. My wife and I have sat through a couple down there and gotten Disney World and Universal tickets. You just have to be strong and go in with the attitude that you're going to say no, no matter how hard they press you. Yes, but not for you. Florida residents can get annual and seasonal passes for less than non-residents, but you do need proof of residency to do so. (Annual passes are approximately $100 cheaper per year for Florida residents.) Cheap Disney passes are a thing of the past. They ma quailfy for a "Florida Resident" discount which they run a few months out of the year, but you'll have to show ID when buying those ticket. ok so one of their friends works there thatas easy Yeah, but not much... there are a million and one discount tickets to disney in Orlando, but there's also a million and one catches.... Yes, but not for non residents. You have prove that you live here to get the passes for less! To avoid stress and embarrassment, don't bother with any 'maybe / might work' tricks for saving a buck on Disney passes. They have ALL those bases covered now. Even the legit discounts are not much of one at all anymore. They even fingerprint with every entry now so you can't even share hopper passes. Yes and No. They can buy passes at discount prices, but ID will have to be present to use them. Also, these discounts passes can only be used during certain times of the year (not during peak seasons). Check out this website for more info: http://lodgingguide.com/disney_specials/... |
