No, but the ones I have stayed at which look identical to this were an aweful lot cheaper. We went for 2 weeks last year for 拢250 per week in a villa virtually identical to this...

It says it is not overlooked at the back... I would disagree as you can clearly see the pool screens in the picture saying not overlooked!

I haven't stayed with this particular group before, but I rent houses and condos about once a year. That's pretty much the going rate this year, though I'm sure you could find cheaper if you looked around more. I usually go through www.vacationrentals.com but there are many others. There's also talk that the vacation rental market could enter a slump due to the housing bubble bursting; once you make contact with a particular owner you might be able to strike a deal with them.

Hi I have not stopped in this villa myself but have used others. It looks nice but the pricce seems really high. I am sure if you shop around you will find something which is as good but cheaper.

The article says its not overlooked at the back but all the conservatorys overlook each other so you must be over looked. I have friend who rent his villa for around 拢200 a week to I think 拢300 in high season. If you would like more info please email and i will get it for you.

No i haven't stayed at this one but i have stayed in a villa in Florida. They all are very similar and are all very spacious lovely rooms, pool and very clean.With regards about being over looked we had some one at either side of us and we never even saw them, possibly because it is used more as a base.You will be to busy doing more exciting things in Florida. Enjoy your trip you will have a great time!
