Do I get into Pleasure Island for free? |
Im going to Disneyworld for 2 weeks and I would like to go to Pleasure Island. I bought the park hopper with waterparks and more, do I get in for free? Also If I do and I dont go to the parks that day does it use up a day of park hopping? Or can I go there just because Im holding the pass? I Have a 10 day parkhopper pass with the water parks and more option and I know it expires after 14 days, that wasnt my question. I guess I wasnt clear enough. On one of the days I am not at the parks can I use my ticket to get into Pleasure Island without having to worry about losing a day at the parks? Would it be better to just pay to get into Pleasure Island? I want to go into the bars and party basically not walk around and look. Thanks! Going to pleasure Island does NOT use a day from the parks. Those additional items your ticket is good for is in addition to the actual days you are in a park. I do believe that the new park hopper tickets have a ratio. For instance a 5 day park hopper with the other park options gives you 2 or 3 days usage of Pleasure Island, water parks, etc... See Disney.com for exact details. If you don't go to the parks on a day, it will not use up a day. Anyone can walk around Pleasure Island - it is NOT connected to your tickets. You only pay to go where you want to go in. You might like to check here to see all your options, and below is a quote about costs: http://www.allearsnet.com/btp/faq_pi.htm Your allowed to walk around Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island (assumming your 18) but in you will need to purchase a wristband to actually enter the clubs. The park hopper includes only the 4 main parks (MK, Epcot, MGM, AK) so if you dont attend any of these parks in a day, then your hopper will not be used. The waterparks and more are extra and are good for the amount of time put on them. So, yes you can use your waterpark/more pass and not use a park hopper in the same day. when you bought the option plus on your ticket, what it means is the options are the water parks, pleasure island or some other thing in down town disney , teh name escapes me, it's filled with virtual reality stuff. So if you deceide to go to PI, you'll just loose a day at teh water parks, that's all, not a park pass :) hope this helps Pleasure Island is free. If you want to go to the clubs located at Pleasure Island you will have to purchase a specific ticket which is $20 and they will then issue you a wristband. |
