Where are the closest hotels to the BET's SPRING BLING EVENT of 2008????

I am trying to go to BET's Spring Bling event. I know that it is in the Rivieria/West Palm Beach area, however I am unsure of EXACTLY where all the it is and where is the best place (hotel) to stay at so I will be as close as possible (we will be on foot)

There is a Hilton on Singer Island, a Marriott Vacation Club in Palm Beach Shores, and a new but very expensive Sheraton time share condo-hotel on Singer Island. All three of these properties are within walking distance to Riveria Beach and all are on the water. They are the only 'name brand' hotels in the area. There are some no name budget hotels in Riveria Beach also but I would not recommend them. The areas they are in can be rough... really rough. The spring bling event is at the public beach on Singer Island in Riveria Beach, FL... right where the dot on this map is that says 'Singer Island'.
