It's not acceptable for anyone man or woman to molest anyone else. What is it that 'accidentally' happened and I will give you my opinion as to whether it was a molesting or not. Thanks

It's a cultural bias that says men are always the initiator and aggressor. You are correct. This bias would be nearly impossible to overcome in a jury hearing such a case.

Probably because men don't care, they usually enjoy the attentions of women. Men aren't so uptight about life in general, they can take flirting and physical affection much more casually. Plus, it's not too often that a woman forcibly holds a man down and has her way with him despite his best efforts to stop the situation, so there's a lack of perceived danger there.

It's similar to the double standard that it's somewhat ok for a woman to slap a man, but a criminal offense for a man to slap a woman. Goes back to lack of perceived danger and abuse.

It's still technically (and in some countries, legally) wrong for a woman to molest or harass a man. Socially, though, it's a bit of a taboo, or an absurdity. And yes, that is a biased way of thinking.

there has to be a victim...few guys are unwilling victims. I've been done twice by women without my permission, once was against my will, but i never whined about it.

you like her to slap you doesnt mean she likes to slap you. whether or not she likes to be slapped is a completely different question.
