Can anyone recommend a decent, inexpensive hotel in Antananarivo? We'll only be there one night...?

I went there in June this year and I stayed in Carribotel. Its on rue de L'Independance and cost about 23 Euros a night I think. You can find cheaper rates at Le Glacier Annexe on Rue de L'independance itself, but it did not look too clean to me.
