lucknow capital of uttar pradesh was home of nawabs .......nawab wazid ali shah established this place and from there this thing started ..... its a good place famous for its muslim monuments and tehzeeb..... its non veg food is world famous "kebab and parantha". aajao yaar kabhi lucknow fir aapko batenge why it is called nawabo ka sehar,,,,,,,,, waiting for u..... bye khudahafiz

Because in every street there is a Nawab.
the nawabs of other jurisdiction had an residence in Luckhnow because of cultural richness. Like evey chief minister has a residence in delhi
Some chief minister brood studies in delhi though papa is CM of state thousand Km away.
It is the bustle of life which attrated nawabs them to have abode in Lucknow
