if you think you are educated enough then go directly to the regional passport office near you and apply yourself you can buy fresh passport form from the main post office of lucknow
it will cost you 15upees

IT'S MUCH BETTER SORTING IT OUT YOURSELF.JUST PRINT THE FORM OUT FROM ONLINE AND THEN FILL IT IN AND GET YOUR PICTURE'S AND IT'S ABOUT rs 500/- TO RS1000/-GOOD LUCK ALL THE BEST.
