Has anyone been to Gravity hill or the haunted forest in pasedena califonia?

How can i get their? and How was ur experience?

LOL, I take people up there all the time. It's creepy when you go at night and it's always fun to scare your friends but it's just an optical illusion. There are no ghosts pushing your car and there is no powerful gravitational pull that takes your car up the hill. BRB, let me look at yahoo maps and I'll tell you how to get there.

I've heard of gravity hill and the haunted forest, but i thought both of those places where in Claremont, ca?! You can google haunted local places in southern california. And it will tell you how to get there.

I heard in the haunted forest there are bolders that levitate and invisible walls. And if you put your car in neutral on gravity hill, while on an incline your car will be pushed upward from behind!

The Haunted Forest

Go to the 210 freeway in Pasadena. Turn north on Lake Ave, then go to the top of Lake. The road turns 90 degrees to the left, but the trail goes to the right. It's really just a Angeles National Forest, with hiking trails. It's not a FOREST. There aren鈥檛 forests in this chaparral ecosystem. It's a trail into the mountain. The 鈥渁sylum鈥?is at the top, but it鈥檚 a 5.7 mile hike round trip. It was once the Echo Mountain resort, but you know how urban legends go鈥?br> http://hikertechnologies.com/echomttn.ht...

Gravity Hill

Gravity hill, isn't a large one or a very "spooky" one.

From the 210 in Pasadena, go North on Lake Avenue
Turn right On Altadena Drive
Turn left on Porter
Go to the Top Of Porter
Turn Left on Loma Alta.
Travel over a few dips, and around a corner. Go up the hill. Right around Sunnyoaks Circle is where it is.

If you put your car in neutral, you may seem to go 鈥渦p鈥?the hill. But if you bring a level, you鈥檒l see that it鈥檚 an optical illusion.

You can have a lot of fun with it, and tell your friends that this was caused by a bus that crashed, and the victims are the ones doing the pushing. Or maybe that it鈥檚 dead inmates from 鈥渢hey asylum鈥? I recommend doing some recon by day, because it鈥檚 awfully hard to find at night.

Oh, Trolla, er Sara, don't forget to give me my "thumbs down"

Well, it seems you did even better, posting that "call out question". Like I said, I'll post a long answer when it's called for. And I don't appreciate your insults in other questions, which is still "Trolling". You say that you give answers based on personal experience, but you obviously haven't been there. Your previous answer to a similar question was just cut and pasted from another web site. So I'd appreciate it if you'd leave my long, yet accurate answers alone and not insult me in other questions like I can't read them.

Live and let live.

I'm not playing the victim card here. I'm just saying you've not been the best YA citizen, yet feel it's OK to trash me for doing the same thing. And you are mistaken about a couple things: I don't troll. There's no points in it, so I don't bother to go back and TD anybody. Secondly, your time line is off. You started the insults and TD quite awhile ago, and I posted a callout question in response to yours (Both were rightfully deleted). As for the TD's you are getting, as you can see, we both have our fans as well as detractors here. Since I obviously can't TD you 3 times on one question, there must be someone else out there who doesn't like our answers.

So I'm willing to let bygones be bygones so that we can get down to the business of this forum: Helping LA Travelers.

Thought I already answered this for you the other day. It does not really exist, although the myth continues. Go to the top of Lake, park and walk through the gates on the east side and up the well-marked trail.

No, gravity is not suspended there, and it is not, not, not haunted. But it's a nice hike. The Sierra Club has some hikes there.

Take the 210 you exit on lake towards the mountains, make a left and right after the street sunny oaks (after 2 dips) is the hill.
