Commute from Pasadena to City of Industry?

Has anyone made this commute for work? Is it terrible or do-able? What is the best route?

No it's not that bad of a commute then having to drive towards LA i say it's a lot better. Avoid the 60 frwy!!
There are a couple of ways to get to city of industry.
take the 210 all the way and exit Azuza Ave. and take Azuza all the way down and depending on what part you will be in you could turn on Colima, valley, or Gale. To me that is the easiest way. The next way is to take the 210 to the 605 to the 10 and exit Azuza and do as I said with the other directions. You can also take the 605 and exit Valley blvd. and go east on valley and that will take you all the Way down also.
You just have to figure out which best works for you and you will see all the In's and outs of driving in So Cal traffic......Good Luck!

I commute down the 605 every single business day, going across the 210 from Pasadena, then down the 605.

You could do this, then across.

I think it's a bad commute, but what are your realistic alternatives? Just try different times, if you have any flexibility at all. Depending on your work hours, maybe go earlier and leave later.

I wouldn't do this again for any amount of money in the world!

This commute is just not worth it!

The first answer is the most direct route. In case of extraordinary jams, you may wish to consider San Gabriel Blvd and Valley Blvd as side roads. Either way, your commute is going to suck. Also consider leaving early or leaving late. If you need to take SR-60, be prepared for a plethora of big rig trucks; this is one of their primary routes.
