What are some must sees in Disneyland and California Adventures?

Well I'm going to Disneyland (in California) tomorrow and California Adventures on Monday what do I HAVE to see or do there?

Disneyland:
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage
Fireworks show
Parade of Dreams
Indiana Jones
Splash Mountain
Space Mountain
Haunted Mansion
Pirates of the Caribbean
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

DCA: (DIsney's California Adventure)
Aladdin Show at the Hyperion Theater
Pixar Pals Parade
High School Musical 2: School's Out
Soaring Over California
Tower of Terror
California Screamin'

I have a season pass and even if i just spend 2 hours there here are the rides i hit

See Soaring over california and tower of terror in CA (those are the two MUSTS maybe california screamin.)

Pirates- Haunted Mansion

sometimes we will stay and just hang out on main street usa for hours

Boy now *this* is a fun question! The flying ride in C.A. is truly spectacular. It's worth the price of admission to C.A., but otherwise that park is a pretty much of a dud. In D'Land, you *have* to do Pirates, Haunted Mansion & Peter Pan.

California Adventures:
- Soaring Over California
- Tower of Terror
- California Screamin'
- Maliboomer

Disneyland:
- Space Mountain
- Big Thunder Railroad
- Splash Mountain
- Haunted Mansion
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Indiana Jones

I won't bother writing in all the good rides as the other answers sum it up perfectly. In particular I agree totally with the first answerer.

My advice would be to get a park hopper ticket so on your first day you can get a taste of both parks and do a few rides from each. Then on your second day you have had the night to figure out which rides you need to do still and which you want to do again.

You will also have more of an idea of the layouts of both parks. I was so overwhelmed for the first hour or so in Disneyland that I seemed to waste heaps of time trying to figure out what to do next where by the next day I knew my way around and made very good use of the time.

Have a really great time. I loved both places.
