Help!! we have plans to go to Disneyland!!!!! Hotel/Motel Question? |
Okay so heres the deal, my husband and I have 6 children there ages are 8, 8, 10, 11, 13, 16 and we are going to Disneyland, now I want to all stay in the same room so it's not so expensive, and we need a hotel/motel that is really inexpensive does anyone have any ideas????? What happens if you lie about the number of kids???...LOL... I just need some ideas, please no rude comments...... try www.anaheimoc.org I CHECKED AT A "DAY'S INN" ON ANAHEIM, AND THEY WILL ACCOMMODATE YOU AND THE KIDS FOR $139.00 PER NIGHT WITH A FEW EXTRA BEDS.. WITH THAT MANY KIDS, I DON'T THINK LYING TO THEM WILL BE A GOOD IDEA, BECAUSE AS OON AS TEY FIND IUT THEY WILL VACATE YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.. GOOD LUCK. nt. Stay at the resort hotel, I stayed at the sports hotel on Disneyland and they accommodated us well with 4 people, they will add in extra beds if you request and the room is of size. We didn't have a problem at all. To stay off Disneyland is very expensive believe me! Disney cost enough! They don't care if you sleep on the floor they will bring you blankets for it. if you have a hopper pass all you need is your card and you can go any where many times. Get the hopper pass! I dropped about 3,000 when I was there and paided about 3,000 for Disneyland. Embassy Suites is a great deal. It's couple long blocks south of Disneyland. Not a hard walk and there are shuttle buses too if you want to ride. Leave the car at the hotel. Normally I recommend the Candy Cane Inn and Howard Johnson (HOJO). They are very reasonable, clean and close to DLR (Disneyland Resort). You might be able to get two rooms for less than a suite some places. Some hotels still have a 'Family Suite' but it might not be on their webiste - so you might need to call and ask. The other option is to look for a Residence Inn, Extended Stay or Springhill Suites by Marriot or other such hotel that specializes in business travelers and relocating people - you can get a 2 bedroom with a living room and kitchen for a lot less than a regular hotel. Howard Johnson Inn is a reasonably priced place to stay. It is very close (about 10mins til you are inside Disney) and has a good choice of fairly reasonable restuarants between the hotel and Disney. We stayed there recently and ate at Millie although your kids would probably prefer Maccas!! We recommend a 3 day (or more!) park hopper so you can come and go between the parks and your hotel as you please. All day in Disney would be a pretty full on experience. We liked to come back to the hotel for half hour or so and then get back into it. Also a Target and other shops just a short ART bus trip up the road. I found cheapest hotel reservation |
