Time zone for Noblesville, IN? |
Time zone for Noblesville, IN? Terrrs and Vospire must live in the Marion County area. People up that way don't know of anything outside of the county. Nobelsville is in the Eastern Time Zone. All of Indiana isn't in the Eastern Time Zone and it doesn't need to be in that time zone at all. It needs to be in the Central Time Zone. I live in southern Indiana. All of Indiana is on Central Standard Time, they do not follow Daylight savings time at all. Noblesville is on Eastern time all year long (same time as New York. They observe daylight savings time in the summer too since 2006. to vospire, what rock have you been under.... all of Indiana is on Eastern Standard Time and observes daylight savings time. Much of the state was in a ruckous because they had no idea how to do daylight savings time. ((my own experience was a couple who wanted to know why they had to get up at two in the morning to change their clocks....) (another person wanted to protest and didn't change his clocks (a lot of good that did him.... (and he was a bostonian originally....)))) we are always on the same time as the East Coast Indiana has always been confusing (been here most of my life) 80 of the counties in Indiana are on Eastern DAYLIGHT time and the remaining 12 counties are on Central DAYLIGHT time. Indiana became the 48th state to join the daylight savings time in 2005. This means that ALL OF Indiana now changes time when the rest of the country does. This map will show you all of the counties in and around Noblesville (Hamilton County in the center). Hope this helps! |
