How to keep warm in bed during wintertime?

i'm getting ready for winter. how to keep warm during sleeptime during wintertime? should jeans be worn? need advice please.

Try giving yourself a "dutch oven" - breath deeply and enjoy the warm aromatic air.

Sweat Pants are better than jeans! Lots of blankets specially fleece blankets!! And a nice cuddle helps!!

Buy an electric blanket

That would be really uncomfortable! Get some thermal underwear (available at many discount and department stores) if you're that worried. Also, wear socks to bed, as you lose a lot of heat through your feet.

Make sure you have enough blankets to keep you snug. If your bed is cold, move your legs around. The friction will create heat.
Wear pants, sweat pants are always good, and a long-sleeved top if you are very cold. Socks too.

I would keep you warm.

But since we don't know each other, I suggest sweatpants and sweatshirts.

2 paris of socks, one wool turtleneck with one heavy over coat, hat and gloves will solve your problem. I have done it!!!!lol

I hardly ever want to get out of bed if its cold in my room but warm in the bed.

Cuddle with your significant other... sometimes one thing leads to another and next to you know it's extremely hot in the bedroom.

Bricks that sit near the fire-place all day, wrapped in towels. Or 3 or more dogs

Wear Socks. And if you are still cold, try a knit hat. If your feet and head are warm, then you will be warm

I find wearing socks makes a huge difference.

When I'm _really_ cold I wear a long sleeve t-shirt, a sweat-shirt on top of that, jogging pants and snug socks. Make sure the clothes hug your body (comfortably) so any heat your body generates doesn't get lost.

turn up the heat in your house or keep a hot water bottle in your bed!

do not use regular sheets-use flannel then just add blankets as needed. with flannel sheets you can be naked and still be warm because they are cozy.

Sweats and sweatshirt may help as long as you're comfortable. But make sure you cover the areas that give off the most heat, the top of your head (stocking cap is good) and feet.

Keep the room itself warmer. Make sure the windows are well insulated, even to the point of having heavy drapes you can close at night. (Keep them open during the day to take advantage of the sunlight.)

If you get really desperate, put the blankets and bedclothes in the dryer for a while before bedtime.
