What time does the mailman deliver the mails in houston tx?

i know they deliver mail 2 times a day .. it's weird.
about what time tho ..

Mailmen start work in the morning and deliver until it's all delivered for the day. So, it depends on where you're at on your mailman's route. And once he comes, he isn't coming back that day. Are you stalking the mailman?
