Is anyone else as frustrated with Comcast Communications in Houston as i am?

Time Warner sucked too but sometimes did their jobs. I think all the call center jobs have been outsourced but I am not sure.

Does any1 else agree it gotten WORSE since it became Comcast ?

I can't get satellite b/c the exposure is blocked :((

yeah, we had the same crappy customer service with comcast as we did with time warner. both of them gave me a service day and time and never showed. when i called to see where they were, all three times they claimed that wasnt the day they told me, it was usually a day or two later. i finally ended everything and switched to satellite. but i had no choice to come back since they are the only good internet i can get. but as soon as someone else has service where i am, we are done.

my theory is they know they have a monopoly and can give whatever service they want. jerks.

yeah, and don't forget about them increasing rates and removing channels that i watch...

i live in the tucson area and never had a problem with comcast...the only outsourcing ive seen is contractors do most of the installs, and when i call sometimes i get a call center in albuquerque instead of tucson, usually during the day i get ppl in tucson. ive also talked to tech support in canada for internet issues, but they were quick and friendly.

what exactly is the problems your having...ill call the customer service here for you if your local ones arent that good.

OMG yes! i despise comcast, actually they were bad when they were time warner. the only thing is they have houston on lock unless you get satellite. comcast customer service and techs suck. i know so many people, including myself who has had problems with them
