Anybody from houston tx?

do you know what will be replaced in the spot where six flags astroworld will be? what are the people going to do with that spot cause from what i know theres nothing but grass growing over in that area anybody know whats going on

i think i have heard talks about more professional office buildings, condos, apartments, shopping, etc. basically more of what houston already has too much of.
