How do you know if your hawaiian?

how can i tell if im like hawiian or not haha i know it sounds weird but my gma was adopted so i dont no like what i am haha

Ask your grandma. If she's not around, ask your mom.

well if u look like a samoan u could be hawaiian.

look at your birth certificate.

If your grandma doesn't know due to that information being lost during the adoption, the only way to know would be genetic testing, which you would need to talk to your doctor about. I would guess it is expensive & not covered by medical insurance.

Department of Health does blood testing.... get your blood test to see what ethnicity you are.

If you are Hawaiian, the only way to prove it would be to get a copy of your grandmother's birth certificate and hope that they listed Hawaiian as one of her ethnicities.

If your grandma is listed as being hawaiian, it is possible to add it on to your birth certificate but you'll have to prove your hawaiian ancestry through more than one generation.
