Almond Triangles?

When I lived in Germany I loved getting those almond triangles with corners dipped in chocolate (not sure of proper name). Does anyone have a recipe or can get me one?

Maybe called "Nuss Ecken (Almond Triangles)"

Ohhhhh yeeeessss............ Nu脽ecken !!!!
Happy baking!

For the dough
300 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
60 g sugar
1 pinch salt
1 small egg
125 g butter

For the topping
200 g almond paste
2 tablespoons brandy
400 g finely ground hazelnuts
150 g butter
100 g creme fraiche
250 g sugar
200 g dark chocolate

For the dough.
Mix flour and baking powder. Add sugar, salt, egg and butter pieces. Knead all ingredients together to make a firm dough.
Roll dough thinly and evenly onto a baking sheet.

For the topping.
Grate almond paste on a grater into a bowl and add brandy and hazelnuts. Melt butter in a pot and add creme fraiche and sugar. Boil once. Add this mixture to the hazelnuts and brandy in the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Spread the topping evenly onto the dough and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool pastry and cut into 12 squares. Cut each square diagonally to make a total of 24 triangles.
Melt chocolate and dunk two of the three triangle corners into the chocolate. Repeat with all triangles.
Delicious!
When is the "Kaffee Klatsch" ????

are these it?

Maybe they are called "Mandel Dreiecken" ? Mandel meaning almond, and Dreiecken meaning triangles. You could do a web search on Google, they might come up with a recipe. Good luck !

Sorry, but you麓ll have to translate it...

I remember them, and yes they were good. The shop I would go in also had the Florentines(spelling?) which were almonds and candied cherries in a very-very thin round cookie, with dark choc on the bottom.
