THE bums living on the streets which have no house and no money and no clothes but the ones that they have on their backs they are the poor ones.

the ones who dont have two square meals a day fro himself and his family.
U can find them in every country in the world.

Is it a rich white city boy who has never experienced diversity, or country life, or interacted with people who are different from him?

If so, the very poorest might be some of the kids who attend "Hahvahd."

People that are mean. They are so cruel, and cannot do anything nice for anyone. They will never feel what it feels like to put a smile on someone elses face. They are to busy making others feel small, so they can feel BIG. They are the poorest to me. To me riches are in the beauty of life. That is in the smile of ones self, and in others...

I have travelled a lot and KNOW this answer.

The poorest people are those that deprive themselves of beauty and music. Starvation is bad but starvation of the spirit is by far worse. People with no means can still smile and laugh and dance when they allow themselves to "eat" beauty through their eyes and ears.

I have seen many poor places and some poor people but these do not always intersect.

This is a bit of an insensitive question. Why would you even ask a question such as this?
