Just about any medical professional under the age of 40 will speak english. Ask around town or your friends/co-workers, then call the doctor's office and simply ask if the doctor speaks english well enough to accept an english-speaking patient. 6 years of English is required in academic-oriented high schools (a "gymnasium" - which is NOT what it means in English).

I had to see a physician the last time I was in Germany. While English is my native language, and I do speak German, my vocabulary isn't really inclusive of medical terms. The doctor was perfectly capable of speaking to me in English.
