Is it worth Hitch-Hiking if your mad at your step parents and you want to live with your girl friend?

Ya i want to Hitch-Hike soo bad to live with my girl and be madd leaving my step parents. But would you think its worth Hitch-Hike for? and even though i have lots of stuff to carry. and would i get a free ride if i gave my wii and computer a way? Just asking? I would even though i dont want to stand out on the open road all day. Se ya on the road to reno.

it is not safe to hitch hike now adays. You may not live long enough to get there as you never know what kind of person will stop to pick you up. Also many people will not stop for a hitch hiker for the very same reason. They may not live to tell about it with the crime rate so high. Totally bad idea. Being mad at your parents is not a good reason to go live with your girlfriend either. The anger will pass. She may not be in a possition to take you in either. Talk about it with her first. Then if you are of age to leave and want to go that bad, sell your electronics and buy a bus or plane ticket. Much safer by planning carefully. Also how are you going to support yourself when you get there if you are broke now? Expect her or her parents to support you? NOT ! Think before you act.

no! get a job to save money and take the bus, if you are in a dangerous situation call child protective services and get yourself out of there.

Do you mean hitch-hiking only or running away?

If your angry at your step parents for a good and valid cause, then maybe you should think about sneaking out one of these days and live with the one you love. BUT, if you analyze carefully all that your step parents have done for you, and you see that they were actually kind and welcoming to you, then you'd better stay and try to resolve your conflict or problem with them.

Eloping with your girlfriend is not a really an advisable thing to do.

Just how old are you? Did you buy the Wii and the computer or did the evil step parents? Does your girfriend live alone or with her parents? If you are 18, you can leave your parent's house to live where you want, but do you have any income? Please use your brain. Hitch hiking was almost safe years ago, but NOT these days...

WOW, you guys don't even know how old this kid is he might be 15 or 16 and you're telling him to run away!!! Dude, settle the **** down how bad could it ******* be I mean if they are beating you then call the police and let them handle it, but don't run away just cuz u got in a hissy fit. trust me, wait til, ur 18 (unless u already are) , then get a car like a real man, and act like an adult!
